Hideaway Pizza

You can find Hideaway Pizza at 326 N. Main St., and it’s a great choice for a more casual pizza-dining experience. This pizzeria always makes their pizza from scratch, something you can truly taste. Enjoy your favorite pizza toppings with a side of cheesy breadsticks or Stromboli for those who want something a bit more contained. This restaurant has your favorite drinks to complement your meal. You can also find a limited selection of Italian dishes, like baked ziti and pasta. On top of that, there’s a salad bar, so you can feel slightly healthy while indulging your pizza craving.

New York’s Famous Pizza and Pasta

New York’s Famous Pizza and Pasta is right here in Crestview at 2511 S. Ferdon Blvd. As the name implies, the pizzeria and Italian pasta restaurant specializes in serving up New York style pizza. This makes it one of the only places in the area where you can find true New York-style slices, which appeal to those who love large slices that beg to be folded in half. While most people come for the pizza, the entire menu is great. Definitely save room for their homemade desserts, including options like cannoli and cheesecake.

One of the best things about this particular restaurant is that you can order a full pizza or just a slice or two if you prefer. This makes it great for a quick lunch, or those times you are not as hungry.

Vitaliano Pizza Pasta & More

You can find Vitaliano Pizza Pasta & More at 398 E. Hickory Ave. right here in Crestview. The inspiration for this pizzeria began when the owner was just 12 years old. He began making pizzas at his parents’ pizzeria in Asti, Italy, called Pic Nic. Pic Nic opened in 1962, making the pizzeria a family tradition. After marrying in 1995, the owner and his wife moved to California and opened two pizza restaurants. In 2017, they sold both and moved to Crestview to open another Napoletana pizzeria, giving Florida residents authentic Italian offerings.

The menu features a long list of Neapolitan style pizza as this is the house specialty. Those who want something similar yet different can opt for a calzone. Or, if you prefer, you can get a pasta dish like lasagna, gnocchi, or spaghetti. The menu also includes your favorite Italian appetizers like burrata and bruschetta. The restaurant serves main entrees like chicken parmesan, a kids’ menu, and an extensive wine list. Save room for tiramisu or another dessert.
