If takeout or delivery is not an option for you, you should consider a makeshift Chipotle situation for your family tonight! This full-on Build a Burrito Bar has something that everyone can enjoy, and will be a breeze to set up.
What Ingredients to Get
Since your goal is to cater to a wide variety of taste buds, it’s smart to get a mixture of things that many people enjoy. Start off with the meats: the recipe we are using today calls for seasoned hamburger meat and Salsa Chicken, but you can grab anything you like! Grab chicken, steak, and/or ground beef depending on what you and your family like! Hint: the more the better.
Some other toppings to consider: kinds of rice such as white cilantro rice or seasoned brown rice; cheeses, either shredded, melted, or drizzled; black or pinto beans depending on your preference; vegetables like mixed greens, spinach, corn, olives, sliced or diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, etc; sauces including salsa, guacamole, hot sauce, sour cream, and Sriracha Aioli; and then corn and flour tortillas for everyone to enjoy.

What to Do With Those Ingredients
This is the easy part. Start by prepping your meats and your rice, since those will take the longest. Cook those throughout the day as you have time, then stick them in the oven on 200° to keep warm while you prep the rest. Cut up veggies and add them to separate bowls, then pop them in the fridge. Next, do the same with the cheese, and place those bowls in the fridge or oven respectively. Lastly, add your sauces to little bowls, and display them all on the counter for all to feast. Enjoy your delicious family meal!
