It’s not every day that you get to see a live alligator up close and personal, but when you take a trip to Gator Beach, that’s exactly what you’ll get to do. You will get the chance to see alligators of all shapes and sizes, including a special habitat designed specifically for baby alligators. From exciting shows to educational exhibits, you’ll get to learn all about gators while spending time with family and friends. It’s located at Fudpucker’s in Destin, Florida, which is only a short drive away from the Crestview area. Want to see some gators in an entirely new way? Make sure you come out and check out this attraction as soon as possible.
When to Go
Gator Beach is open every day from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., which gives you more than enough time to see everything that’s going on here. You will get the chance to feed the alligators and have your picture taken with a real alligator any time during these hours. However, there are some other attractions with specific show times you may want to take advantage of, as well. Summer gator shows happen every day at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., and 5 p.m., so try to be there during the scheduled time – it’s not something you want to miss.
Take a Guided Tour
If you want an extra special experience at Gator Beach, then you should think about taking a guided tour. Get someone to take you around the Gator Beach Museum, or take a tour of all of Gator Beach. Just remember that you will have to make a special request to make this happen. It’s no big deal – just call them up and tell them you want to take a guided tour! The same policy goes for large group trips. Be sure to book in advance so they will have plenty of time to plan for you.

VIP Gator Experience
You can always just have a normal experience at Gator Park, which is already about as exciting as it gets. However, if you want to take your day to the next level, book a VIP Gator Experience. This program will show you what happens behind the scenes at Gator Park, and it couldn’t be more interesting. You will get the chance to help a professionally trained gator handler take on their everyday park duties for a day. That means getting an inside look at what it takes to take care of the alligators – how fun!
